HIGH PRESSURE BURNER STOVES
SAFETY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

N ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Connect the burner to the cylinder or to the installation with a hose and 2 clamps. Check if the correct working pression has been set (max.1,7bar). Please use a regulator with pressure range 0 – 3 bar. Verify there is no gas leak.

The separation between burner and the surface you want to heat should be around 17 cm.

N START UP PROCEDURE

Once connected to the installation, light the pilot burner (either with a flame or with the piezo igniter when available) while pressing the safety valve for some seconds, then turn the gas tap on so that the main burner is ignited.

If there is a solenoid valve mounted on the burner, verify it is connected to electricity before opening the gas tap to light the main burner.

Turn off: When closing the gas tap, the pilot burner keeps lighted for further ignitions of the main burner. If you wish to turn the pilot burner off, you should close the gas tap in the installation.

N SAFETY DEVICE

The burner is provided with a thermoelectric safety valve; the thermocouple connected to it shuts the gas off if no flame is to be detected

N MAINTENANCE

You should keep the burner in a clean and proper state, specially the small grids in the fire outlets. Check if both, safety valve and gas tap are properly operating. Verify there is no gas leak.

NOTE: THIS BURNER IS TO BE CERTIFIED AS A UNIQUE TYPE DEVICE IN EACH INSTALLATION WHERE IT BELONGS.

REQUIRED ITEMS TO PROPERLY CONNECT
HIGH PRESSURE BURNERS

You should use as many gas cylinders as required according to the burner’s gas consumption(*). In any case, you should always connect at least 2 gas cylinders using unreduced outlet adapters (red top), NOT high pressure adjustable ones (Black top), and a pressure reducer with a manometer set at 1,5- 1,75bar.

(*) The natural vaporization rate in gas cylinders at 15ºC is between 0,5 and 1 Kg/h depending on how long the burner is on
(the longer, the less)
